Thanks for checking out Love and Sunlight Photography! I’m Sheraine, the girl behind the camera. I’m a Jamaican-born, Texas-bred goofball who has finally planted roots in Port St. Lucie, FL.
I’ve always been drawn to photography. In high school, I took a photography course that opened my eyes to how amazing it is to be able to tell a story with light. I’ve come to love capturing beautiful moments that will forever serve as a memory. I love getting to know my clients, then telling their story in a genuine way. I find that I can relate to so many of my clients because I see a little bit of me in them.
I was a trauma ICU nurse, and at work, I was so fortunate to meet the love of my life who has been my biggest cheerleader for me launching my photography career. My wife and I are boy-moms to the best kid in the world! It’s been a long road to get to where I am today, but here’s what I know: I love helping people see how beautiful they are. I love freezing that exact moment where I get a twinkle in the eye, a genuine smile, a belly laugh, or a warm hug. Clients usually leave telling me they actually had a lot of fun at the photoshoot.
What is my style? Vibrant, crisp, moody, and warm images that tell a story. Everybody has a story to tell, whether it is a family, a boudoir client, a mama-to-be or even headshots; I’m here to help you tell yours ❤
